I asked FFG organized Play via Facebook at August 27. This was the answer:

Hey Daniel, thanks for letting us know. I will persoanlly be sending out the prizes over the next week , I hope to get them to you as soon as possible. Tommy"

I asked them last year at the Game Expo in Birmingham (2018).
They said: they are here and we are sending them out in the next weeks.

This means, there is still hope 😁

we got a reply today that prices have been mailed last week. lets see if they arrive this week, as claimed.
