So these two factions were the strongest argument for a truncated format. Granted as they have less ships that can be a disadvantage in terms of game play and balance. Since all the ships are in Hyperspace format I will be giving each ship from the conversion kit one unique pilot and 1 non-unique pilot. Keep in mind even f I included all pilots they still wont match the number of pilots the 3 1st edition factions have. But it should be more aligned with all factions and easier for players starting with only 2nd edition expansions, although the 1stOrder will still be the faction least friendly to new players.

So some players have said it might be better to up the limit for extended ships to 2 unique pilots and 1 non-unique pilot. With these two factions I am obliged to agree. Restricting a ship from extended to a single unique pilot is a great population control method as the most you will see on that table is 1. Of course if you need more than one of a certian ship then you just add in a non-unique pilot taking the limit up to 8 (the game max). Restricting to 2 unique might be just as balanced but it does open up more build options. I might add Chewbacca in addition to Rey. Quickdraw is in there as the 1stOrder's only I6 pilot. This is before the initial versions of the new Hyper-extended competitive format. If you think I should switch out a pilot, or add a pilot in please leave a comment below.
