Leaked Armada 2nd edition Dials.

Well you could maybe play a game of Armada using these as your dials.

Actually it is just a new board game system that uses a triple dial system designed to look just like a controller for a video game console. The left dial is the 8 cardinal directions (diagonals are black with white outline though), the middle is a dial from 0-9 with 10 different colors and the right is a 4 selection dial of different letters and colors ( A , B , C , D )

It is supposed to be a game system and comes with 3 games that are okay at best. They get old fast. But now I want to see a miniatures game using this system. I always thought Armada would be a great system for Star Trek, so Imagine Armada system game using one of these for your dials.

For a second there I thought you'd written 'details'...

dials look cool though.

Runewars is already isingva two dial system (maneuver + action/modifier) ... its an okay system, but really, it boils down to what information you need to display and keep. These things are great when you only have one iterationto keep track of (ie, this turn) - it doesn’t work so well for armadas Dial Stack for Command

Yeah you almost need like another pivot joint so you can keep 1 dial hidden or something like that. The stack dial command seems to work against the large ships more than for (but that just might be the 6 turn limit of armada games.

If there was a Star Trek version using Armada movement system, I can see something like this for dials.
