The Maw Custom Format (Empire Pilot Selection)

This thread is to get feedback on Imperial pilots from extended that should or should not be in a competitive format. For those wanting to debate the necessity of a community made competitive format please wait for the format release thread sometime next week.

So since the TIE Striker is announced in Wave 3 instead of just allowing a couple of pilots in and make everyone wait for wave 3, I decided it is better to just let all the pilots in. Those that got the conversion kit just gets Early Access to the ship very much how it is done in Hyperspace. Might not be the most fair, but it is the most practical way. After all historically all announced ships were placed in and tested on vassal weeks before release.

honestly I didn't know which TIE-phantom pilot to use as Whisper has never been herself after the decloaking nerf. The only other option was the 6sigma (Echo, 2x Sigma squadron) and they were used as blockers. If you think the TIE Phantom pilot should be switched let me know what pilot do you think it should be.

Well, in extended, Whisper is a monster, and Sigmas with Juke are great in numbers. I don’t know a lot about Echo, because I haven’t seen him played over Whisper.

Though a lot of their power comes from getting double mods because of Juke, so they probably aren’t as strong in a format without it.
