Next print run/restock

By Nrin, in KeyForge

So it’s gotten impossible to find decks again (to say nothing of the starter set). FFG normally gives at least minor updates on their “upcoming” page about where they are at with getting new copies of their games out. Anyone know why they don’t show anything for keyforge, or when we might hear something?

You're probably better off just asking your local store. My local guy seems to always know (presumably from the distributor) how long it'll be until they get a restock and how much will be coming in.

FFG doesn't really keep their upcoming page as up to date as it could be. They have products listed as In Development that are due to hit stores in 3 days.

I've never found the upcoming page to be that helpful. It might give you an idea on things that weren't announced through an article (like reprints typically are) but it often gives information that is less than useful.

YMMV with asking your local shop. The one closest to me sold out during their holiday sale and have basically no clue when they are getting new stock of Keyforge.

Back when they were updating the Upcoming page weekly for all products, you could predict within a week or two of when a product would hit retail based on when it changed to On the Boat status. Now that they don't regularly update the page, it doesn't mean a whole lot of anything.

It seems like this game is always out of stock. I'd like to buy a deck once or twice a month but that is pretty much impossible. But I view that as a good thing. I'm glad the game is selling out instead of sitting on store shelves collecting dust.

I got excited about way too many card games in the late 90's and early 00's that just died and went nowhere. Doesn't look like that will happen with KeyForge and I'm exited to see what is next.

I’m glad it’s doing well too, since it appeals to me much more than lots of other card games (casual and low price point) I just hope FFG gets the hint and starts printing them in higher quantities to meet demand.

Yea my local store has no idea when they are getting more either.
