At work, would need to check the rules but as long as its the correct height I think so, or it should as least be legal. It might technically violate some rules about percentage of model is FFG and what not but from a game play perspective the only thing that is important is the height of the model for determining LOS and base size.

I think it may be too wide for a large base, which would make the model illegal.

It doesn’t look too big for the base. It might hang over a tad, but not by much.

I don't think height is much of an issue; I think that'd easily be a match for the legs at maximum extension. 1:100 mobile suits are big but not that big.

Also that's probably a smaller scale AT-ST cockpit than the FFG model.

I don't think there will be any confusion as far as what model it represents. As long as it fits on a base and is similar in height, it should be good.

If it's not legal the law is wrong.

I wouldnt refuse to play it of course...its a game.

Having said that, this is a game about Star Wars...and if I commit to playing a battle, I want to immerse myself in fighting the GCW against the evil empire and its Stormtroopers/ATST...and all the rest. Id hate to turn up and somebody play something that isnt SWesque.
