No. His ability applies only to non-front arc weapons. So turret arc and bullseye arc weapons are the two types that qualify for his ability and there are no Bullseye arc torps at the moment.
Well... 180 arc will also qualify if there is ever one and 270 or 360 if they ever do so?! Just so someone don't come one of these days and say: I read on the forum only turret and bullseye...
