...This is decidedly interesting. We cannot accept a finite amount for an infinite one. However, a counter-offer:
You receive those planets, pay us 25 credits perpetually (as you are earning 55 from them,) the truce lasts perpetually, and we form the Wookerium Alliance (we are also open to "Imperiwook Diarchy.") We will watch each other's borders, pledge nonaggression, etc.
Alternatively, we can expand our offer from simply Qi'ra to Qi'ra and Paxxia. Though we are dissatisfied with the geography and increased concession, it is said that a good compromise does not leave anyone with exactly what they want.
