Question Regarding if this works and Timing and all of that nonsense. I have Boba Fett as Pilot and with the Marauder Title that gave me a gunner slot. I put Bossk as my gunner Crew card. Bossk says if I miss I become stressed and attack again with my primary. As for my actual Crew Slot I put down IG88D. As for my other ship I chose IG88B. IG88B says if I miss I can attack with a secondary weapon. So if I miss My first shot does this mean timing wise I have a free shot with my primary again and then my Secondary?

No, both cards say " bonus " attack and per the rules, you can only perform one " bonus " attack per round. Since Bossk says must and IG says may, you would have to use Bossk's gunner crew ability if you are not stressed. If you are stressed, you can use IG's ability. But in the end, you only get ONE bonus attack per round so its one of the either.
