Hello fellow painers. It's been a while since I posted some of my work and as I will have my hands full over the next few weeks painting a core box that I got for Xmas along with a AT ST, (shows how far behind every one i am) I thought I would show you all my scouts that I have enjoyed painting along with a few other random stormtrooper test peices. As always comments and work on points are welcome so don't hold back 😁.
For my AT-RT I kind of went for the damaged look. Is there such a thing as to damaged?
Here my first attempt at painting a rebel. His camo doesn't show up as much as I'd like but there is always next time.

Wow...just wow...
First rebel section painted. Don't know what to paint next. Another set of rebels or stormys or should I bite the bullet and go for luke/vader?
Then I think I should look at how to play the game as all I'm doing at the min is painting.
Really good stuff man. Your painting is first rate. You have really fine details painted in really challenging places - like inside the scout troopers visors. It all looks great.
For the ATRT, the damage looks great. The only thing I would recommend for the next one is that it’s very uniformly brown. It could use a bit of color or contrast to make it a bit more interesting to catch your eye. Obviously it’s been done in a technically proficient way, so it’s just a design choice rather than anything about your painting.

Thank you for the nice feedback. I see what your saying about a bit of colour may be needed for the ATRT I will add some for the next one. I'm planning to add quite a bit of colour to my ATST when I finally get around to doing that as I have seen some good ATST's online.
I have started another set of stormtroopers and for some reason I find myself being pulled to the blue battle worn look.
