What do you think?

The MC75 needs ECM more than anyone, because its defense token suite is the most vulnerable. I’d ditch SAs and an A-wing while upgrading to Shara, but you *could* sacrifice the LMC80’s Engine Techs. Otherwise, looks good to go. Unless you meet Strategic, in which case it probably gets curb-stomped.
