Force from Crew is added to a pool on the ship that the pilot, whether they have their own Force or not, can use to modify dice or activate other abilities that spend Force charges.

Just remember that you can only recover a max of 1 Force charge every round, no matter how many Force symbols you have with the arrow on a single ship.

You can use it for attack or defense. Force charges from all upgrade cards are placed above the ship card and treated as a single pool for Force effects.

Force crew give the carrier ship a force rating (or add to it, if it already has one), which it can use for the default effect, or to activate any of the force abilities it may have.
