he was online a while ago with no posting and has only now decided to try his 'normal D1 lynching' since he was called out. In light of better evidence, and until more people come into the game, my vote is staying.

I feel Pod was hoping the vote on me would be taken light-heartedly and would've gotten him through D1, but I'm not buying him this game! and his responses have not been satisfactory IMO

Agresssive in his pushback yes, but when he’s leading a prosecution as Town I find him more aggressive than when he’s doing the same as Scum. Hence why I back him. For now.
