Just got the game and loving what I've seen, but, after puling it out of the box, the board seems a bit bumpy and feels like the top may peel. Is this normal?

Obviously it is not "normal," but it sounds a bit like there was moisture damage. I'd just use it anyway and see if it eases out. My older version used to warp with temperature changes.

I haven't had a problem with my board. Like Tibs said, the problem might go away. If it doesn't, FFG might be willing to send you a replacement board.
