This version of Akodo Toturi prevents both players from playing cards from hand.
Does this mean players cannot use the 'play card' abilities of Artisan Academy, Pillow Book, Hidden Moon Dojo, Infiltrator, Stolen Secrets, Kyuden Isawa or Togashi Mitsu?

Akodo Toturi prevents cards from being played via the listed card effects.
