Can i use Seduced by Darkness card during the opponent's attack phase

if i am using this card at the end of damage assign sub phase on some opponent's attacker. does the affected attacker corrupted immediately and it's damage canceled for that turn ?

You need to use it in the Action window after Declare Target step (step 1), corrupting an attacker, preventing it from being declared attacker. Once he is declared attacker (step 2), you can corrupt him, but he is still in the combat. And once in combat, he will deal and take damage as any other attacker.
