Hi I've bought two sealed decks and I'm trying to register them on the app and both decks are not valid?

I have tried scanning in the qr code and manually entering the code

Try signing out of (or uninstalling) the app and then logging back in. That sorted it out for me.

What were the names? You may have gotten the “naughty” ones.

You will get the error message in this image if it is a naughty one. Fantasy flight will replace your deck with 2 decks if you send it to them. People on eBay might be willing to give you even more, but it might not be worth the effort.

I’m well aware of how that system works, thank you. I still want to know the names. #curious
