Guys do you know if there is some website / squad builder / app that allows you to define your own collection and then based on that randomly generate quick build cards from existing collection? Also other option is to just use predefined quick build cards from FFG and just randomly generate the squads? It would be nice to be able to setup desired threat level and then the app would just fill the squad until such level is reached.

Are you familiar with YASB 2.0 ? It has the ability to set your collection and to randomly generate a squad. Then if you want quick build cards, you can export the XWS from YASB and paste it into the Custom Quick Builds card maker.

I know this builder. It has the ability to save collection but it is not linked with the random generator. Whenever you want to do random list you have to manually add the ships you would like to be included. I was searching for something more automated and more user friendly.

I’d suggest reaching out to @raithos and seeing if he’s contemplating tying the random generator to the collection.

If there’s an interest, I could probably make a random quick build squad generator for QBSB but I do not have plans to implement collections at this time.

If easy, +1 vote to a random function on QBSB. Whether tied to a collection or not.
