The new game is a revamp of dungeon quest with a whole new set of terinoth heroes, looks pretty sweet. I'll have to wait till tomorrow to find out what the expansion is.

Haven't heard any news on that yet. Persoanlly I wouldn't expect anything until late this year or early next. They tend to release one expansion a year for each game (each game that they intend to release expansions for anyway), give or take market influences.
