Everything in moderation. As I get to be a middle aged guy. I find myself ramping up fruits and vegetables even more in regular lunches and dinners, in part so I can have the occasional pile of smoked meat without ruining myself. I can't speak for @Kelvan, he seems like a devoted self-ruiner.

I gather you've never tried it, much as I haven't had the pleasure of trying mid west grilling. Still, I was messing around a bit. The BBQ out here was **** good there for awhile, it has gone downhill in the last decade though.
