You probably don't need boosted comms on the ISD, it's wasted on large ships they're way more likely to be in range just do to sheer board presence and with 2 blues you'll want to play at least aggressively enough with it to be within flak range. I'd take a tie ace instead of a generic, mauler or valen are both acceptable or both if you move something else around, risky not taking Dengar too it could leave you in the unenviable situation of your bombers being tied down if you're lucky and theirs going anywhere they please if they bring their own Dengar or Jan Ors and imp two ship is very popular right now chances are quite good you'll come up against it.

I have to disagree on Boosted Comms. Given the nature of Squall and 2 ship in general, you'll find yourself running away and/or trying to push squadrons you've flung far from you to finish targets. It's a lifesaver. Intel is important because otherwise you aren't guaranteed to bomb when it's needed, but only after you've killed everything they have. In fact, losing the ship battle early can cost you the squad battle as well. I don't necessarily think XI7s matter; they'll be redirecting Morna and Maarek's shots to their side shields one way or another. Aveger, on the other hand, could force some hard choices regarding Braces and Contains later in the fight, or even help pop flotillas if the situation calls for it.

Any imperial anti-squad must include Mauler. I'd greatly encourage Intel as well, but always mauler.

So I've taken your advice and made the adjustments. Thoughts?

Looks good

Mine lacks Morna, Black Squadron and the generic tie and instead has Capt. Jonus, a generic Tie Defender and Valen Ruder. Not saying that's necessarily superior but some other options to think about. I may actually start using Morna I like those high hull, heavy hitter squadrons.

Ya Morna + Jendon can mean 6 damage in a round. Thats like almost an unbraced front shot from an ISD. Sooooooo brutal
