Thought behind this is use the mobility of the stickers tos open ip the area of bomb location. Vizor coordinates a focus or bomb drop then gets outvof the way. Double focus for turn a coordinate isnt needed. The squadleader striker is just another way leave a prox mine behind for a friend.

Dropping Proximity Mines is no longer an action. Like all devices they're dropped 'for free' in the system phase.

  • The list isn't a bad idea - Proximity Mines are a nice option for strikers since they can make an attack run and leave behind a gift for someone as they overfly them into a loop or turn.
  • I'm not sure Black Squadron Scouts are really needed - initiative 3 isn't really anything to write home about and you're not using the talent slot for anything much. Planetary Sentinels with Mines are much cheaper - in fact, at 40 points a pop, you can pack 5 of them in a squad if so inclined.
  • Vizier really doesn't need a tactical officer or perceptive co-pilot. If you're co-ordinating, you'll probably use his ability to do so after an aileron move....which is white by default (since it's not "...from your action bar". Perceptive Copilot is also a bit so-so - if you have a focus, one is probably enough since the odds of managing to spend one on a defence roll of a single green die is pretty low.
