Do you mean the cardboard templates & pilot cards, or the Moldy Crow title?

You should have all the Scum stuff for the HWK-290 with the exception of the Moldy Crow title. If you're short any of the Scum faction ship cards, tiles, or only got one dial for it, then yeah you are missing stuff, but the title is only in the Rebel kit at the moment.
