I couldn't figure out where to post this. What is my best option for getting the pdf only stuff printed in the same quality as the book or beginner box. It really irks me not to have the palace of emerald magistrate adventure and the mantis stuff printed.

You can look for print-on-demand services. It's most likely still going to be very expensive for what you get though. Even with digital printing being so prevalent now, setting up a print run for a single copy of a book is not an economical proposition. Print-on-demand is used for business ventures, not hobbyists.
