Hi!

I have the feeling that -at least in my local area- I see very few Tie Inquisitors on the table... Maybe isn't it a competitive ship in 2.0?

I was thinking about trying a semi-swarm with maybe 4-5 tie fighters and a lone tie inquisitor. Has anyone tested it? Does it make sense?

Barrage missile bombers are just more efficient for less cost, so they are stealing the sunshine for any ship 40pts or less. For two more pts than an inquisitor, you get barrage jonus. Basically full modded 3 dice attack.

Inquisitor doesnt really have a role in a squad at the moment. Maybe 1 with sense in a tie swarm so you can block with perfect knowledge?

I've seen them with Homing Missiles, Instinctive Aim, used to great effect

I had thought in homing missiles too, but with FCS instead instinctive Aim, I think it should be more useful, but I have to try it 🙂
