If i have a ship with squad leader that does a coordinate action. The coordinated ship does a red action. Who gets the stress first? The ship that coordinated or the ship that did the boost? For the sake of this discussion, i have lolu with squad leader and he coordinated han solo to do a boost. But they are both in arc of a first order shuttle that assigns a tractor to the first person that gets a stress in their arc. Who gets the first stress???

The coordinate action is completed when you choose Han Solo as a target. At that point, L'ulo would receive the red action stress (and the tractor token). Then, Han Solo would be free to choose whatever action he wishes, as long as L'ulo shares that action (the restriction that comes from Squad Leader). Han chooses to Boost, and then receives his stress token for performing a red action.

Thanisson's ability is optional, so for this particular interaction, you can choose which of the ships you want to tractor.
