If I have Vader and 5th brother on my ship and deplete both of their force powers in a single round, at the end of the round can they both regen their force powers or only ONE??

Only 1.

During the End Phase, each ship with a Force capacity recovers only one [Force charge] regardless of the number of recurring charge symbols that appear on its upgrade cards.

Also, the Force charges belong to the SHIP, not the upgrade cards.

these are not ship force powers but Crew force powers.. Vader crew and 5th bro crew...

Force is a pool on the ship. The entire ship can only recover 1 charge per round.

Don't knock it 'til you've tried it. The ability to get the equivalent of a free calculate token every single turn is pretty darn potent... and that's on top of your regular actions.

It makes adding force after your first a lot lower return, because all the current ways of buying a force rating are priced assuming they're your first.
