I just picked up Assault on Ulthaun, and I'm unclear on whether or not Mountain Barracks' ability stacks with an existing unit's toughness rating. For that matter, do multiple Mountain Barracks cards stack their effects? Can anyone clarify? Thanks.

I asked James about this a while ago, and abilities like counterstrike and toughness stack numerically. If I have a unit with toughness 2 and I play Gromril Armour on him, now it has toughness 3. Similarly with counterstrike, if a unit that already has counterstrike gains extra counterstrike then it can still only hit one unit with its counterstrike (only now it will hit for more damage).

Wow I didn't know that. I thought you had 2 separate counterstrikes that you could assign to different attacking units. Thanks for the post.
