void. it used to be the symbol everyone was afraid of and now it is a luaghable pile of second rate cards. or is it? when you look at void in block 3 it still has killer discard thanks to jivatma and dan, it's atacks are decent thanks to hoahmaru, and it has the ability to ready an insane amount of foundations thanks to soiree. why does everyone agree void is the worst symbol. akuma and jivatma are both bests off their other symbols and with a little tweaking i believe they could run decently off void. why is everyone so against the idea of playing a void deck?

I actually think Void is a decent symbol now. Not quite up there Air/Order/Water, but still solid. It has gobs of hand control thanks to Dan/Jivatma, some damage redux (Zangief), some negation (No Memories, Kung-Fu Training), card draw (Son of a Tycoon and Rootless), and decent attacks (Ryu's Shin Shoryuken and Kuzuryu Reppa). I play an Air/Void ::Dhalsim deck that is pretty good. Ways of Punishment backed Shin Shoryuken's are vicious! I think Void needs another set to fully develop, though. Hopefully Set 11 will bring that!

Its just void doesnt have the same dominate factor as it did is the main reason I think void is under looked . The other main reason is that void doesnt have a answer directly to olcadans mentoring either which can be a turn off for competitive play.

For some reason, come set 11, I think it'll be one of the best aggro symbols out there.
