According to your way of thinking the 3 scum got to pick their own individual roles (which could be anything they want) and as the only people picking they could have 3 OP roles and get them, I think the reason I got asked to send a scum role to him so he actually had a choice

Can anyone else confirm that they were asked to give a scum role for their second role? (and not told their role before giving their second role?)

if you do hang me, good luck against scum and I hope they got the fruit vendor I choose for them, and I hope the other two town gave equally horrible roles! because understanding in anygame or setup that allowing a scum team to have full control over their own roles would be a game I wouldn't play in to begin with. It would be stupidly unfair and should be Mafia 101 to understand

no the roles just go into the pool of RNG hence why you said you yourself you dint get one your roles i dint get either of mine either.

and sure i believe if there was not enough options for scum to be truly random then pod could have asked for more rules to make the scum sample size bigger. it still dose not excuse the second pick as a scum role.

So without the role I submitted, scum could've choosen

a deathproof godfather

a day/night roleblocker

a mafia doctor/cop

and get all 3, sound fair to you

You said you got your town PM before your role which means town adn scum roles are RNG separately

nope, i was asked by pod IRL sat opposite me to give him a scum role in exchange for my 2nd role to help him make the setup roles equal as scum roles had 1 less for RNG than needed

but if he had asked i would've given him a 3rd or 4th role to help the game if needed

2/3 i'd agree with, I'd say 2 a town pool and a scum pool, with 3rd parties if any would go into their respective pool based on alignment aka a 3p survivor could be town

on the last point, all you have is my word that I found out alignment after submitting my second role, ask yourself, as scum why would i tell you that knowing it would look odd?

fair enough upon a re read some things do appear in a new light, the only evidence i have which could be nothing is your sheer ability to hammer out that many posts so quickly.
