Well, we have a confirmed town in @ovinomanc3r. Poor Matt was clearly town AF. And I think I’m all but confirmed as town and near pointless to kill for scum unless I’m getting somewhere. Leaving for possible suspects:
@LTD and @GhostofNobodyInParticular: they’ve been pretty quiet. (Pot to kettle, except I don’t actually need to worry.) Talk, guys; I’m fine with voting you right now, whether to apply pressure or in the event a better option doesn’t present itself.
@BiggsIRL: He leapt on Ebon right after Matt. He leapt off too though when real pressure was being applied. I may well revisit that decision, but for now I tenuously think he’s town. He’s also been active and fairly constructive.
@CaribbeanNinja: pulled no punches with Ebon when it mattered, in fact helped build the momentum. Giving him the benefit of the doubt and saying town for now. Still, he’s slippery as they come.
@Madaghmire: He’s been relatively quiet, but helpful. Will revisit when more happens, but I have no read yet.
@clontroper5: The late hammer on Ebon was good, but it was a done deal by then. Unsure.
@Lord Preyer: I don’t mind flavor. But we need real content. You were also pushing away from Ebon if memory serves. Red flags.

The first role I submitted was a Time Traveler that could reverse a day/ night to protect a player. Clearly this happened. I think Madaghmire was hinting at just that, which makes him... well... if not town than at least town alligned (the role I gave was townish 3rd party).
Unless I read his hints all wrong.
That means whoever got the role, used it to save a town, who is now mod confirmed. That makes them pretty much town as well. So that is 3 confirmed town.
Not bad for the start of Day 2.

Probing into LP, the first thing I noticed was his forgetting of Matt getting him last game? I know it is trivial, but I'm digging. Also, Ebon goes after him a bit right out of the gate, but LP doesn't really respond. But then later, Ebon posts this throwing shade on LP and LTD, which gives them a bit of breathing room in my book.

One thing Ebon always brings, scum or no, is movement. We have to continue this. We lost Matt, who was also moving the game forward, I know we're into the Christmas, but some of you need to get into this.

I was hoping someone would claim Time Traveller, but realized upon reread that Madaghmire soft claimed it earlier. There are other parts of the role that I am not revealing for fairly obvious reasons to the actual Time Traveler.
I think we should focus on the lurkers and those opposed to an Ebon vote, and not players that put the spotlight on him early, forcing him to overplay his hand. I was very much hoping to be doing this discussion earlier today when I was off work, but... meh. We got a confirmed town and I have to read / work post. A worthwhile trade I think.
I now feel better about putting Ninja on my nice list.

Greetings bold warriors! Now the Solstice is truly upon us let me say this:
- I did not unvote from Ser Jabba earlier as I was not present before the time that I did. Once I was, I did.
- I began by suspecting Ser Ebon, shifted away to Ser Jabba and then was moving back to Ser Ebon when the warhammer fell
- As for Ser Jabba’s “I don’t mind flavour... but content” I have also provided content. Most notably in drawing attention to his odd early game (and possible scummarining). He may not have liked the content I provided but that does not mean it was not there
- Furthermore, I take his votesword on me as a retaliatory move which I find... uncouth.
- On the matter of Ser Ebon, I freely admit I did not lynch him straight away - because I continue to firmly believe that whilst there is time on the clock it is dangerous for Town to lynch before a final defence can be proffered. This has been my long standing policy and remains so.
- Finally, I am interested in my lord of @Madaghmire‘s earlier proposal to possibly turn the role swapping to our advantage by creating a Town bloc. I should also say at this juncture, that mine own role has been changed.
