That seems like sound logic to me. While Ebon did say some suspicious stuff I think he is acting normal for him. Do you have any other proposals?

I haven’t had the time to follow this game as closely as I’d normally do today. So far it seems the most discussed question is whether Ebon is playing his normal D1 or has scum slipped.
I maybe missed it, but can anyone else say their submissions went the way Ebon says his did? Because mine did not. I’m curious. It also strikes me as strange that Pod would ask a player for help of any kind in the setup phase, regardless of the Upick nature of this particular game, but given their IRL relationship I can give that a pass.
I’d still like to know whether anyone input a cult role. I know I did not. The odds are that if someone did, they likely didn’t get it in the assignment, so as no one has spoken up, I’m going to go forward, for the moment, assuming that there is no cult, because that makes me happier. If one of you DID submit a cult role, I’ll find out eventually, and I will make you my new favorite D1 target. I hate cults.
I don’t mind Biggs’ follow vote so much. Clearly Matts words struck a cord with him. I’m still undecided as to how I feel about Ebon’s defense myself. He’s continued to scum hunt and thats, but he says things like “there’s plenty of other targets” and that speaks to me as being motivated by self preservation rather than communal interest. Of course, on the other hand, Ebon is a valuable town asset if he’s being misrepresented/misunderstood here.
I’m unconcerned by those who haven’t spoken much yet, still relatively early in game and its busy this time of year.

On Ser Ebon:
This to me is a good reason to stay my hand from my VoteSword for Ser @EbonHawk for now. Were it some other warrior and some other deity I should question the situation with greater suspicion but the Ebon:Pod friendship is like a Squire and Knight who may speak of ‘clouts on the ear’ much and more but in truth need, trust and depend on one and other. Thus I could see how a Townish explanation could still sit happily here.
Of Cults & Prayers:
On the question of what our suggested prayers to the ModGod were before this adventure began, I can say with my hand on heart and Star alike: no vile Cultery was suggested by me. But I admit to a certain curiousity (that I did indeed act on) in certain occult powers that might assist the good smallfolk of Old Town in surprising ways...

Given the possibility of Great Powers and Great Deeds at work in the land come the morn I can understand the appeal of not stringing up some brethren of ours picked at random. But I for one would still prefer to act. The act of who supports whom and who is willing to see whom suffer is important to the furtherance of our quest.

Day ends at midnight, a little under 16 hours remain. I will be AFK but on mobile, so unless I find a way to quickly and easily Mod VC's you may have to do some housekeeping when you change your votes, as things can get missed on the small screen.

That's who didn't vote me at L2, which I understand given half a day was left, but I haven't been put to L-1 either.. which means a couple of things IMO
1. They're town that's unsure on who to lynch and din't want to go early
2. Same as above, but 1/2 may be scum which would explain why no one else jumped on.. If scum was already voting me I feel town would be more inclined to turbo as usual
The fact I was at l-2 for nearly half a the day so far, and not budged is odd, not a big thing, but odd!
