What do we hope to see from this exciting new faction?

Are we expecting a release at the very end of Q1 or is February a possibility?

I am personally so excited to get a bunch of cool Jedi on the table, the awesome guys and gals that have always made Star Wars so exciting for me.

I really want Jedi to feel incredibly powerful on the board and be a real 'force' (geddit) if used correctly. I don't just want X wings that have the force, the abilities are going to be key to really getting this ship to feel both unique and thematic on the table.

So, what else are we hoping for? What kind of cool abilities might our Jedi generals have? Will triple ARC's be a thing???

The ability to speed up harvests and teleport off of rocks!

I’d like to see an ability to swap stress for Force tokens. Something like:

“whenever you pay one force point you may gain one stress to recover one force point and whenever you gain 1 stress you may pay one force point to clear one stress”

maybe expand it to include friendlys at range 0-2

also, since you are friends with Yoda would you mind introducing me?

That's a pretty neat mechanic, and would really highlight just how easily these guys were throwing the Force around.

I've only flown tripARCs once so far, but ARC-dodging gets pretty tough 😜

I mean everything that's been revealed looks amazing. The Delta 7 has a few unknowns that make it unclear just how powerful it will be (I'm hoping it leans towards expensive and super powerful, myself). But CLONE SYNERGY, my gosh I'm looking forward to playing with side-arc abilities and Devoted.

What do I hope to see from this new faction?

Good old Y-Wings man. Bring those beautiful old BTL's in and blast em with proton bombs.

You just wait, old republic Y's will come with TLT 2.0, so everyone has to buy them....

This will be the faction that forces (geddit II} me to play 2.0.

I'd like a shiny Naboo Cruiser for next Christmas, and the V-Wing.

Yoda in the game would be awesome, as well.

Lastly, despite the overall shuttle hate, I'd like to see the Theta. Ya know, for my V-Wings to escort.

I really, really want them to be cheap enough for four.

Nu -class attack shuttle with Clone Commandos upgrade that takes up two crew slots like Deathtroopers. Delta Squadron art would make it even better! I wouldn't even care what it did, I'd use it all the time!

Obviously, release date is February for Malaysia or wherever, early March for Europe, and finally points and US release at the end of March.

Yoda, both as a crew upgrade and a pilot on the Eta-2 Actis, would be right at the top of my wish list. I'd like a shuttle of some kind to be an alternative to the LAAT, which I assume will be added at some point as well. From what little info we have, it looks like the clones will be all about formation flying and group tactics which I am all for and want to see more of.

I want to see them join Epic before any other new faction too. I like the Republic that much. Maybe the long silver Naboo whatsit from Episode 1. No weapons on it, but that never bothered the Rebels and their GR-75's. It would look so cool on the table with a squad of nothing but N-1 fighters.

Hoping for a February release, but expecting them to drop in March.

They should be. The cheapest Rebel one is 50(?) points, with i3(?) and a pilot ability. So unless FFG is randomly scared of four naked generics...

I could see the lowest generics being between 44 and 46 points each. They're basically a 9hp Lok with a range 3 Dorsal turret locked to the rear arc and K-Turns instead of Tallon Rolls, though I'd love it if the Lok got cheaper to match...
