With planning on only buying the Core, Stormtroopers, Speeder Bikes, Scout troopers, and Boba, this is my first list:

74-Z Speeder Bikes - 90 pts

Command Cards - Implacable, Whipcord Launcher, New Ways to motivate them, ZX Flame Projector, Master of Evil, Z-6 Jetpack Rocket, Standing Orders

Looks good

I would drop all the extras from the scouts, they often die too quickly for all that stuff to matter. Same with grenades on the stormtroopers, never had a chance to use them.

Withe saved points, I'd try to squeeze in one extra squad, maybe just naked Scouts if you can (they are surprisingly effective, and don't require an additional purchase).

Something like this, perhaps:

- Darth Vader (200) + Force Reflexes (15) + Saber Throw (10) = 225

- Boba Fett (140) + Hunter (6) + Emergency Stims (8) = 154

- 3x Stormtroopers (44) + DLT-19 Stormtrooper (24) = 204

- Scout Troopers Strike Team (16) + DLT-19x Sniper (28) = 44

- Scout Troopers (60) + Duck and Cover (8) = 68

- 74-Z Speeder Bikes (90) + HQ Uplink (10) = 100

Total: 795/800

This all just personal preference, though, your original list looks pretty solid
