Does FFG have Regionals, Worlds, Store champs anything for Legion?

With Legion (and now X-Wing) FFG has changed their Organized Play system.

If you read through the Organized Play news articles you will probably find more info than just on the site.

So, my experience is that instead of the "store championships" they're doing the operations. These can be done as a tournament or league. They have the traditional alt art cards and prizes you would expect from a store championship.

Instead of regionals they have the Rallypoint Qualifiers. A store can only host one of these per year, they're trying to spread the play around to different stores in areas, which is nice.

any idea when it might be announced or start

If you go to the Adepticon site in their events section you will find that they will be hosting a Star Wars: Legion High Command Invitational, with very little information. it does say you need to qualify to attend.
