Captain Canadys Fleet *battledamage added* 16.12

By Captain Canady, in Star Wars: Armada Painting and Modification

Hello Guys,

i am a scale Modeler normaly, so i thought i could repaint my Armada stuff : ) I started with my Victory and ISD. My target was original color of "Star Destroyer White" so i mixed 10 parts of white with 5 parts of a very light grey. Then i mask some parts to get a bit darker and after all was dry i oilwashed all with grey and black. LED will follow and battledamage. Hope you like. Btw i got stuff from Shapeways cause i am going on 1/7000 and Squads in 1/2500.

Now take it apart again, and get some paint on the engines.

As you can see i drilled some holes... there a Blue LED comes in :) The 4 Small engines are not getting painted as they are aux engines which are not running at the time :)

Very cool. When I saw the thread name, it reminded me of TLJ with the Captain of the dreadnought.

I would still add some white (or silver) to the inside of the thruster cones, fading to the grey/white at the end. It will provide higher reflection of the LED.

Redued the smoke burned arround effect a bit as i thought it was to heavy...
