I opened my FO Conversion Kit yesterday and couldn't find them either.

I might be remembering wrong, but I think it took a while between when the Rebel/Empire/Scum conversion kits and the release of the Quickbuilds for those factions.

Quick builds haven't been in any conversion kits, only stuff released as part of a wave

Did some come with the 2e core set? I have a couple ut haven't bought anything other than the core set and conversions.
