Above is the Hyperspace version. In Extended I'd be considering switching Chewie's Hull Upgrade for a Freelance Slicer on Han... that needs testing though.

Finn/Rose/Heroic is a nice combination, both on defense and attack. Finn is giving you the free blank dice that triggers Heroic on defense, then Rose can spend anything you get back that's still blank. On attack Rose's free target locks she's been getting let you reroll up Finn's blank red dice.

You can swap loadouts between the two ships, but I think whoever has Finn is likely to be slooping a lot to get the front arc into play. The title supports that build, while I've gone for Finn on Han in this case so that Chewie can coordinate into Han before he sloops.

I've not seen anybody else trying double Falcons but seems to me there could be something in it, especially for Hyperspace.

I'm not sure why, but I'm not feeling Chewbacca in the list (I know it's highly thematic). I really like the build on Han, but I think Rey may be the better Han Buddy in the list. Between the Han build that you have and Rey, you can do AMAZING things with blank dice.

Do we know if Rey can take the "Hate" force upgrade?

We know she can't, as it's Dark Side only.

And consensus I get from people who know their Falcons is that Rey gunner > Rey pilot.

Seems like Rey should be able to use the dark side based on TLJ...but yeah that would make her pretty overpowered

I do NOT know my falcons, so I will have to yield to the experts on your second point.

If Rey is out of the running (in favor of putting her on a gun) then I guess it IS Chewbacca for lack of any other named pilot.

I think it's entirely too early to arbitrarily claim Rey crew is better than Rey pilot, but Rey crew is super easy to proc. I'd prefer Rey crew on Han to help guarantee the Rey proc.

There's arguments either way for which is the right pilot for these two loadouts. Like I said, I went for the Coordinate build on Chewie just so he could set up Han for slooping.

Han with Finn, Rose, and Heroic is absolutely GORGEOUS, and Rey can be flown perfectly pleasantly naked, focuses for eyes and having her ability for blanks, although you could instead go Chewie or a generic with Rey gunner. One of the 2 should definitely get the title. Contraband Cybernetics would be good on the both of them as well.

If you run Finn gunner on Han alongside Rey pilot I think you get two ships trying to joust/sloop to use their front arc and that's not going to work as well as mixing it up with Chewie and Rey gunner.

Rey gunner is ossum, I don't get why people are so locked onto her being a pilot.

Rey with perceptive copilot could do some work for you. After that, you basically fly her like an ARC-170; front and rear arc. Thinkning about it, I'm not sure who the priority would be in the Han/Rey list.

You don't get Rey's pilot ability out of her rear arc.

I don't know if people are locking onto her, I'm not, but she's worth exploring. Naked Rey has 2 force and a very useful pilot ability...seems worth a look.

You may still want to keep the title on her ship. Keeping things to your front would be difficult without it.

Not sure whether I'd use the remaining points (maybe hull upgrades on both or hull on one, shield on the other) or keep it as a bid...

From the remaining points I want to give one of them the title.

The general idea is that Rey is the heavy hitter, Han lets her boost at I6, if needed, and Chewe will definately trigger with the combined 16 hull.

The thing is, here, Rey has ALL THE MODS, way more than she needs, while Han does not have enough. But, with Rose and Finn (and Heroic) on Han, and Rey even just naked, they can both have double modded shots

What you're saying sounds logical, but personally I would prefer to get that one (almost) guaranteed 4-hit shot from Rey, then moded shots from both. I will try to play-test both lists next week and see for myself.

See though, after that 1st round, Han will get fully modded 4 dice shots. You can take a TL with Rose from defense rolls, and use it, with a focus action, to fully mod Han's 3 dice and the Finn die. Meanwhile Rey can still focus eyes and ability a blank for a double modded shot

Can confirm that @Greebwahn is spot on about Han from my experience, Rose/Finn/Heroic is baller

Do we think a second Falcon to help Han is better than a bomb launching, double tapping StarFortress?
