After you fight or flight your attack, can the opponent ...

1) Reduce the attack's damage with effect like "this attack get -X damage "

2) Reduce the attack's damage with an ability that say " Return this attack's damage to it's printed value"

3) Reduce the damage he take with " When you take damage, reduce the amount you will take by X" <--- This i'm sure that yes.

Yes to all questions. As long as an effect does not say give +x damage or "increase" then the effect will work, so all reductions will work including -x damage, "reduce" and "decrease."

On a side note if you have something like Holding Ground out and your opponent reduces your Flight or Fight'ed attack below printed damage, you can use HG to return the attack to its starting damage.
