I'm sure that some one posted topic like that but i couldn't find it

Does continous effect pulls together ?

ex. Two Scrap Heaps - 2 more Hps, etc ?

certain effects stack, while others do not.

for your example, yes, if you have 2 Scrap Heaps in the same zone, all units in that zone have +2 HP from those 2 Scarp Heaps as long as those 2 Scarp Heaps are in play.

Typically, numerical modifiers do stack.
