Start fat and trim as testing goes on. With BB-8 and title, Poe can end up in places no other I6 can. That's gotta count for something.

Heroic, R4, Proton Torpedoes is what I'm going to try first, comes out to 80 points.

I'm also curious about Ion Cannon on Poe, to get 3 red dice with S-Foils closed.

R4/S-Foils/Black One/Protons/Maybe Debris Gambit.

Double modded proton torps at i6 is legit.

The combo that people should be talking about is Freelance Slicer & Rose. That combo is ridiculously good. I think having two ships at i6 to really take advantage of it is best though. Like Resistance Han’s ability sucks but take Rey Gunner and he’s now an i6 Rey that can use the mobile arc and move after Kylo with the same combo.

Yea, Rose is a disgusting card, and the reason Im going to give Resistance a try. You can never have a bad roll with Rose crew. Slicers is just icing on the cake. I think Rey at I5 works fine with all the I5s out there that want you to move first/fire first

Perception Rey is a 7.

But her force will bleed out, so it's almost like trading mods for the Initiative, but on Vader/Fenn/Wedge matchups, I think it'd be worth it.

Woah, yeah, definitely not.

I would be intrigued by a Resistance-only force upgrade that allowed Rey to use a Dark-Side power... at a cost 😜 Thematic with her connection to Kylo, idk.

I don't think so. Both his ability and Daredevil specifically call for a "white" action, treating it as red. So, the boost action from his ability would already be red, so couldn't be used for Daredevil. That's one of the first things I looked at, too.

Second Poe question: after an ion maneuver, you focus. Can you Poe the Limit after this, or does the opportunity take place during the Perform Action step?

If it's an action: not.

Bc the only action allowed after ion maneuver is Focus.

Probably not, but heightened perception for I7 Rose/Slicer combo is always there if not.

I doubt that severely, if only because although he might be a very good (though overcosted) pilot, he's not got many friends of similar quality so won't actually be appearing on many strong squads.

I like the idea of a Poe/Han build, 2 ships doing work at I6 will be a force to be reckoned with.

But he'll do far better than his movie opposite Kylo. FFG gave him the spit, he's only a 5 and his boat costs too much for it's hopeful output. On the new movie squads, Poe will be the obvious one to fly to victory... and he'll be better than the T-65 pilots, though they are loved.

It would be cool if Poe could get Calc somehow.

I don't really know how to use that part of 3PO.

You really only need r4 and heroic

Everything else comes if you can't fit another ship

The difference is that Resistance feels like Poe & nothing else, while First Order feels like Kylo's not great but there's plenty of other stuff in there.
