No they're based out of Minnesota. I've never been told anything concrete as to why they won't commit to release dates being published here in the US, vs other places like Spain. That being said FFG timetables for releases aren't the most accurate when they used to put out release dates, such as when Veers and Snowtroopers were released this past spring.

I've heard it has to do with trade laws or something which requires FFG to give a hard date instead of a guesstimate for product delivery.

I actually like the terrain we’ve been bringing as a community to legion night more personally. The terrain they have looks cool but is very un-Star Wars.
