Does Utaku Tetsuko's ability apply to Display of Power? Or because Display of Power is played after losing a conflict Utaku Tetsuko's ability has no effects?

Conflicts are ongoing until after characters have bowed and gone home. Tetsuko will still be considered attacking when Display of Power would be played, so her ability will apply to it.
