I haven't been able to find a definitive answer in the rules, but what does decreasing the difficulty actually mean?
From the L3-37 crew card:
If you are not shielded, decrease the difficulty of your bank (left bank and right bank) maneuvers.
Does this mean that white bank maneuvers are now blue?
If this is listed in the rules, where do I find it?
