I haven't been able to find a definitive answer in the rules, but what does decreasing the difficulty actually mean?
From the L3-37 crew card:
If you are not shielded, decrease the difficulty of your bank ( left bank and right bank ) maneuvers.
Does this mean that white bank maneuvers are now blue?
If this is listed in the rules, where do I find it?
