Short question concerning character generation:

When you spend creation points, you can either use it on characteristics, or to determine your wealth, skills, talents, ...

(table 3-2 on page 30 of the Roleplay Rulebook)

My question is: if you spend 3 talent points, do you gain everything on that line, or just 1 item every time?

ie: I spend 3 creation points, do I get affluent, 4 skills, 3 talents & 4 actions all at once? Or do I need to spend 4x 3 points to get all of this?

You needs to spend points for every column. So 12 points to buy everything.
