I enjoyed your analysis at the end of the video. There did seem to be a lot of good luck opposite a lot of bad luck. Fun to watch.

A few errors though (Sorry no time stamps):

Left player played Labwork but didn't archive a card.

Attacking an elusive creature the first time deals no damage to anyone.

The damage dealt to Mother when she killed Drumbeg should have gone to Shadow Self.

You only shuffle your discard when you need to draw but can't.

All damage from Booby Trap would have gone to Shadow Self.

While not with your deck, you can unforge a key actually. You need the Dis card Key Hammer. It turns a key into 6 aember. You can then steal/capture that aember.

Hey cool! Thanks some of those we simply got taught incorrectly but good to know for next time!

I'm not sure if there's a time where we shuffled our discard though?

Question about the booby trap, wouldn't the first 4 damage kill the Shadowself (it had taken 5) before the splash damage hit the other two?

The active player chooses the order the effects are applied. At the point the shadow self hits 9 damage it goes away. At that point if there is still damage left to assign you can do so.

I thought so, just making sure since dperello said we did it wrong.

there is no order of effects here. Booby trap is one effect where you simultaneously deal 4 damage to a creature and 2 to it's neighbours. Shadow Self takes all damage dealt to it's non-spectre neighbours so in this case would take 8 and be destroyed.

Shuffle at 29:47. You should have played out your next turn before shuffling because you only shuffle when you need to draw and cant, not when your draw pile is empty.

Palpster is correct in that the damage from Booby Trap all happens at the same time, not one after the other.

Are you sure it's 29:47? Because we're just talking at that point!

I did scrub through and found at 21:47 that Luke reshuffled his discard in. Probably just slipped his mind.

It's interesting with shadowself, we will know for next time!

Yes, 21:47, oops. :)

The Shadow Self thing would be easy to get wrong too. Just remember if it comes from a single action it simultaneous.
