Boy is every one doom and gloom lately! But more on point, during the first cycle, we definitely didn't get RRGs on time so I don't see it as a bid deal myself. Plus there's some good reason to believe that FFG has to get approval from the Mouse for these(for whatever reason).

I disagree with the OP that FFG has had timely updates to the RRG during Destiny's past. Rather, it's just the opposite, with RRG updates coming later rather than sooner. And yes, I don't know if FFG has ever officially printed the reason, but I think it's been verified through conversations that Disney has full review and approval authority over anything FFG prints regarding Destiny, including the RRG. I don't think that the rules updates put into the forums are subject to the same restrictions, given how FFG was able to reverse the recent attempt to stop the Qui Gon Saber loop.
