I took 3rd at the Nerf Herder Open, and the same squad won. There's a couple of streamed games embedded in the blog and we've since discussed this squad on the 186th Squadron Podcast. It seems like it could be peak X-Wing, at least for now.

Debris gambit on palob over expert handling on kavil? I find EH + Han Gunner just to save my biscuit whenever I use him. B-rolling into range 2 to get shots with that dorsel is crucial.

I like the gambit on Palob, gives him that guaranteed evade.

I went DG but only used 1 Evade token all weekend. If I started again I'd Trick Shot up Palob and Kavil.

Is that because people weren't shooting at Palob? Because you rolled so well you didn't need it? Or because you were choosing actions other than the evade?
Mainly the first, in this list people were tending to pick other targets first.
