Just wondering how people would get banned for major cheating etc.
Mtg has DCI numbers, but what would stop anyone playing under a new account?
i know it's crap to be talking about cheaters this early, but sooner or later it will happen.

Keyforge is the kind of game that will sort that out quickly. Anyone attempting to cheat at it will more than likely be givin one strike. After that the person will most likely be permanently banned from official Keyforge events.
The only scenario i could see them allowing using another card from another archon deck is if....
A)The deck is put in opaque sleeves.
B)The card being used is the exact copy missing from the deck list.

Planning your future misdeeds? 😉
If nothing else they could ban the decks of cheaters, but I know all my decks are registered under my name with Asmode International, so they already know me, or at least the me I registered as. Banning people entirely will require some sort of verifiable registration process, which they they may or may not do. Personally I'd like to see a zero tolerance policy on blatant cheaters, but we'll just have to wait and see.
@dperello Didn’t think about deck banning. That would solve the ‘get banned, just remove deck from old account, add to new account’ loophole.
Right at this moment I expect word or mouth will take care of a good portion of what we would need to take care of if someone was cheating.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction via the link.
If we sort out cheating before it gets a foot hold, then we keep the game as it was intended. Fun.
